CarbonVentures Project Development Services

CarbonVentures develops and implements greenhouse gas reduction projects, including Joint Implementation (JI) and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects under the Kyoto Protocol and Verified Emission Reduction (VER) projects under voluntary and emerging regulatory programs in North America and Australia.

As a project developer, CarbonVentures works with strategic technology and finance partners to structure, finance, build, and operate emission reduction projects. We provide engineering support and help navigate projects through the regulatory approval process, including methodology development, preparation of project documentation, host country approval, validation, CDM Executive Board approval (for CDM projects), and monitoring and verification of greenhouse gas emission reductions.

A wholly owned ENVIRON company, CarbonVentures is supported by nearly 1000 engineering and technical professionals within ENVIRON.
